As of June 2023, UnisonSteadfast cooperates with ZRS - the commercial risk advisory and services unit of Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) created to help businesses address a rapidly changing risk landscape and to provide data-led risk engineering and holistic risk management services for clients worldwide.

UnisonSteadfast can support broker members in facultative reinsurance - as a possible alternative instrument to classic international direct insurance.

We find insurers who can underwrite contracts in the relevant countries and then cede them to the relevant lead countries.

In addition, we can support the procurement of further capacities on an international level and the development of new reinsurance-based products.

To meet the requirements of the rapidly changing insurance markets, we support our broker members and their clients with finding the right insurance solution.

UnisonSteadfast has special access to international insurance markets – via brokers, underwriting agencies and direct insurance companies.

In addition, our members provide worldwide schemes and facilities for underwriting specific risks.

The worldwide UnisonSteadfast network can offer insurance solutions in relevant countries or alternative placing options in the international insurance markets such as Lloyd’s.

Thanks to our access to numerous national insurance markets, we have a current and extensive overview of new insurance or specialty products in local markets, which may not yet exist in other markets.

Identifying causes of loss or damage as well as loss reduction is of utmost importance.

UnisonSteadfast can assist with international claims management. We can act as guiding intermediary between the international parties. In this position, we can guarantee transparency throughout the whole claims handling process.

Our international claims handling procedures are reliable, concise and transparent – both on a global and on a local level.

In case of internal claims settlement, we involve the master program handler in a timely manner.

UniNet 3.5 is the latest version of our extranet platform. It provides our members, and clients with access to insurance-related information on their global corporate insurance policies and programs in place.

By means of web-based templates, all the parties involved in an operation can easily exchange relevant policy data and claims information in a uniform format and in English – our official working language.

In addition, UniNet users have access to an exhaustive country information and regulations database.
